Qestion regarding "E1: 43: Receipt Routing (P43250) Doesn't Update the F41021 or F4111 (Doc ID 19290

Dear support,

After receiving intercompany order to stock in receipt routing, unfortunately F4111 and F41021 not updated only for few item and purchase order line not closed to 999.

But when I entered 2nd order for same items, above files got updated correctly.

So, probably I was considering this issue as above BUG(Doc ID 1929037.1), but I could not replicate it in JDE 9.0

Could you please help me out with an example to understand this bug? or Do you have an answer to my original issue?
