R03B525 Crashes During runbatch

Since upgrading to tools release 9.1.5.9 from 9.1.2.0 UBE R03B525
ZJDE0001 will once in a while end in error. Job is submitted via scheduler and
when there is a failure it is submitted manually afterwards and it always
completes successfully.

For over one month we tried to capture a jdedebug log for when job submitted
via scheduler but it did not fail once. Then shortly after we disabled
debugging it started failing again at around once per week. Job runs every week
day and completes successfully most of the time.



There are no errors in the UBE log file, however when the runbatch crashes the
