SWT Files Migration Recommendation for 8.1.1.14 to 16.0 upgrade

During Siebel IRM upgrade I came across SWT files migration step, upon further research on this, I go to know that this is a new feature in IP 2016 upgrade wherein - the SWT files will be moved into DB as a Repository schema object type. We need a recommendation from oracle on how to handle this in case of our upgrade process.
 
In our upgrade process -
 
Siebel enterprise [Gateway, Siebel & SWSE] is a new installation, as we're also performing infrastructure upgrade [Windows server 2008 to Windows Server 2012 R2]
Siebel Database (i.e, 8.1.1.14 SIEBEL schema) is exported from 11 g & server & migrated to 12 c server
