Journal posting with status Error

When trying to post a journal it errors with the following messages.

This cost center is not allowed for your responsability

000-00-0000000-00-00000-1210100-00000-0000-0000-00-0-0

SHRD0030: glpire() encountered an error returning from errexit:

<x glpire() 21-DEC-2016 10:25:52

>> gluerr() 21-DEC-2016 10:25:52

Error in ROUTINE: glpire, status: 0

SHRD0043: ERROR:

sqlcaid: sqlabc: 0  sqlcode:  0 sqlerrml: 0

sqlerrmc:

ORA-01403: no data found

                                            

General Ledger: Version : 11.5.0

P.S Account combination is valid, enabled and not secured by  cross-validation rules,but I have security rules.

Never had this problem before.
