View Printable Version of the travel authorization is only available to the employee who created the

We are on Image 21 of 9.2.  The view Printable Version of the travel authorization is only available to the employee who created the travel.  We have bookkeepers and secretaries who complete these travel authorizations for employees.  We do not want to make them authorized users for other employees since these assignments change often.  Is there a workaround to this short of customizing the code?
