change process parameter in 11g dataguard

Hi All,

Recently we faced ORA-00020 error on our production database. To resolve this, we are planning to increase the process parameter limit to 500 which is 400 at present. Below are the environmental details.

Database version: 11.2.0.3( Primary database)

Database is running on pfile

Could you please help me with the steps to be followed to change the parameter in dataguard environment. What are the actions to be taken specific to dataguard setup(standby)
