E1: Chile localization General journal

Hello,

I've seen on Chile localization the report R76H9003 for General Journal with legal number. The problem is that there's a legal requirement with certain information that I can't see in that report.

The exact information that they require is:

I think that the missing information is the payment instrument (number 9) and the R.U.T. of the document (number 11).

Has anyone found the same problem? Maybe there's another report that I haven't found...
