Users are not getting PO approval messages in Workcenter

Hi All,

Recently we upgraded from E1 8.12 to 9.2, we noticed one issue that users are not getting PO approval messages in work center. can anyone tell me what could be the reason, we can see approval messages in awaiting approval program.

JDE E1 9.2 / 9.2.0.3
