MRP not generating OP messages

Hello Team,

I have concern with MRP. i have demands for purchased item but when i run the R3482 MRP, system does not generates the OP messages and quantity available going in negative.

I am using Planning code '4' and Value order policy '25' days.

Please help what setup needs to check ?
