Format Payment Instructions request issue in Arabic characters

Hi

Please be informed that:

  1. 1-  My bank document format is SWIFT MT103 Format (attached pic-1)
  2. 2-  Also I have assigned SWIFT MT103 Format as Payment Instruction Format in Payment Process Profile (attached pic-2)
  3. 3- But in Format Payment Instructions request Output I have a problem in Arabic characters highlighted in yellow (attached pic-3)
