Import of list value gives error - eventhough list value is in the legal value set.

While importing Items using web services we are getting error for updating list value for an attribute (simple list) under Item class. The list value is present in the Agile configuration also the case (all letters upper) match the import sheet and configuration.

Pls help to resolve.
