How to close Claim when RMA has been cancelled
Hi,
When a claim is settled via an RMA, the RMA is created as expected, but the user has then cancelled the RMA (as the customer has decided to keep the stock).
So the RMA is not going to be processed any further and no credit memo will be created.
How can the claim be set to a closed/cancelled status.
Currently it is sitting as Pending Close and there doesn't appear to be a way to change this status.
Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved
