Hello,

   We have Siebel IP2015 Open UI application.

   We are curious to know from where Siebel understands the default theme while launching the Siebel Open UI application first time.

   By default Navigation bar is Tree so how Siebel understands it first time. As parameters can be set at user preference leven and that comes in effect after log off and log in again.

   But we want to know in the first time log case.
