Clone vmware server RedHat 7 with oracle grid 11r2

All,

I created the new machine on the vmware with the System Operation red hat 7, and after that I installed the oracle grid infrastructure 11r2.

After all installation and configuration, I created one template (like an imagem with installation: linux and oracle grid).

Now, I am trying to deploy the template , with the name and IP are differents. however, I can't to restart the oracle grid and show me the error bellow:

[root@bprsporc08d bprsporc08d]# /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/grid/bin/crsctl start has

CLSU-00100: Operating System function: opendir failed with error data: 2

CLSU-00101: Operating System error message: No such file or directory
