How Define newly added T10K model and drives to HSC

So far I've updated VTCS Config , also POLICYnn statements for newly  installed t10K-Bs in an SL8500 .

But when I try to vary the RTDs online, I get a message  "

SLS6899E  CAN NOT BE USED AS AN RTD ON THIS HOST BECAUSE IT IS NOT

NOT DEFINED TO LOCALHSC "

Drives are in LIBGEN. What would 'SET SLIDRIVS' do? (see below):

Anyone know the items I need to check?
