Affordable Care Act - Which ESU to install as they keep getting superceded

I keep installing Affordable Care Act ESUs (E1 v9.0) and as soon as they are installed, a new ESU is available that supersedes the one I just installed.  Should I just wait until mid January 2017 to install the latest ESU so that I can print 1095Cs?  Your advice is appreciated.
