[PS9.2] How do procurement contract lines get inactivated?

Hello,

In PeopleSoft 9.2, when you go to Main Menu > Procurement Contracts > Add/Update Contracts, how does someone be able to change a contract line status from "Active" to "Inactive" at the Lines section > Details tab? I know if we want to cancel a contract line there is a red X for it but for inactivating a contract line, how do we do it? Please advise.
