Announcement: Australian Working Holiday Makers (Backpackers) Tax

Due to the late release and uncertainty of information around the Working Holiday Makers legislation Oracle has determined that for the 2016/2017 financial year a partial work around will be required to meet the new requirement for Working Holiday Makers tax. For the 2017/2018 and onwards a complete solution is planned to be provided. This message only applies for EBS customers. PeopleSoft customers will be notified soon of their products plans.

Note 2216477.1 is available on My Oracle Support outlining the work around and implementation of this new tax from 1 January 2017.
