LGWR Caught ORA-15133 while mounting diskgroup ?

Hi All,

Understand from metalink that normally this error always comes with ORA-00600 which is a bug and can be solved by applying latest patch.

However, this is my installation environment and yet I had this error whenever i reboot either of my 2 nodes cluster.

OS: Redhat 7.2 x86_64

Storage: iSCSI with multipath configuration

Oracle Grid 11.2.0.4

Oracle DB 11.2.0.4

Applied Patch 11.2.0.4.161018 using opatch auto for both Grid Home and DB Home.

When I face the issue, there is a workaround, which is to stop the other node crs, then stop the problematic crs, boot up both and it will be fine.
