Approval Notification and Timeout Process in OTL

Hi,

How does the time card approval process works if the time card is not approved for a long time. We have not done any set up on "Other Attributes" tab that is on the Approval Style form. Can anyone let me know, if the timecard notification will still get timeout if its not approve and if so after how many days.
