This Requisition No Longer Exists

Hi,

We are running iProcurement EBS R12.1.3 RPC4 and are facing problems with Approval Notifications.

When an approver opens his/her requisition notification they receive sometimes random the message "This Requisition No Longer Exists" which is not true.

This seems to be an Internet Explorer caching problem.

The approver has to close the application, to clear the history and to close the IE bowsers sessions.

When restarting the application and navigating to the notification the approver can continue and approve/reject it. The requisitions do exist.

We are running all applications and programs on Citrix Server. IE versions 11.0.9600.18525

Does anyone have the same experience and /or has a solution for this issue?
