JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.

Hello Team,

Not sure what happen suddenly, while trying to access or update the Site Rule on the from the Scheduler Rules Dashboard I am getting the JBO-27122% (Attached are the exception details). It was not like that yesterday only I accessed it and updated few rules related to the travel time and with options as well and hit the 'Finish and Propagate Forcefully’

Today while trying to schedule the task I received the below error then I went to see the Scheduler rules but as I mentioned above now I cannot access any thing.
