Unable to check 'Treat Progress Payments as Contract Financing' in Complex Payment section

Hi Team,

We are upgraded to 12.2.4 and trying to use the 'Treat Progress Payments as Contract Financing' functionality now. But system is not letting to check this box, the check box is greyed out. Does anyone has similar issue. Please help if I am missing something to enable. We are using services procurement and able to create and use, recoupment, retainage functionality. Current we want to explore on the 'Treat Progress Payments as Contract Financing'.

Navigation: Purchasing Superuser > Setup > Purchasing > Document Styles >> (Select the complex PO document style and notice the 'Treat Progress Payments as Contract Financing' check box  in the 'Complex Payments Region.
