Field SZHDBU update to SDHDBU

In JDE world A9.3, new line is successfully inserting from F47132 into F4211 via P471311. But, we noted a field SZHDBU is having value but not updated in F4211.SDHDBU. Is this a Bug?

Also, what is purpose of this field "SDHDBU"
