Oracle Email Center - Replying to rerouted email

Hello,

We have just implemented Oracle Email Center and we have noticed that when we reroute an email to another account and then reply to that email - the original email address of the account that it was sent to is automatically populated into the To field along with the customer email address. We have to manually remove it before we send the email to the customer - otherwise that other account will get a copy of the reply and that causes confusion.

Is this a setting? Does anyone know how to turn this off
