Deleting/Changing a POC in Receivables Manager

Hello.  I deleted a Name in the Point of Contact on invoices.  My navigation was:  Customers>Customers Search contact by Last name.  Then click on details in the Account number: 

Then click on Communication tab. I then click on Remove button hit apply.  The POC is now gone in this view. However,  when I go to print an AR invoice the persons name is still available to choose from on the list: under POC.

What am I missing, why does the POC that I removed and deleted and no longer shows up in the communication tab, still an option on the POC when printing an invoice?
