Make a description on Journal Entry line specific (in R12)

Per upgrade from 11i to R12 getting 'Journal Import Created' description on the Journal Entry line. We would like to have invoice number on the description, something like  'Revenue account for invoice<number>' How to setup this . Looked at Doc#552209.1 but it didn't make it clear... Any reference/doc with Study Case or live example would be helpful
