Oracle database upgrade from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.4

Dear community,

I was trying to upgrade an oracle database from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.4 on windows 64 bits, but when I execute the "catupgrd.sql" within and sqlplus session, it ran for about 2 minutes and then trhough an error saying that SQLPLUS session ended due a problem and will close, but It didn´t show any ORA- error or any other error that I can search for.

Do you have any idea about what could happened?
