Can we combine all XML output payment files and process them at once at the end of the day

Is it possible to create multiple payment batches during the day time without generate output files, then run a single output process to get all the payment batches to a single XML file?

We have more than 36 files per day and the cost of each file transfer cost a lot, so we are looking for a way to limiting the files

each file is from different format type (ACH, Check, Wire) and companies.
