Terminated employees appearing in Bonus and Merit Plans

in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) Question

Employees who terminated after the plan opened are appearing in the plan if you select View as Tree or do a full download.   They do not appear in View as List mode.  Anyone else have this issue and how did you fix?
