Correction of manufacturing variance

I have a Work Order which created variance of 171,044,283.9924 dollars.  I checked and find out that it got completed correctly (Parent quantity). but when i am checking the component (wo partlist), component line is blue out (not able to do any modification). I checked the F3111, It doesn't have quantity ordered and quantity issue but quantity committed is showing as 999999999999999 IN. I have already verified item availability. There is no issue with it. I checked the ledger, it doesn't show me any quantity issue for the component item.
