Overlapping fields in custom responsiblities but not in seeded responsibility

There is a field in Inventory item master which is overlapping with other fields. But this overlapping is observed only in custom responsibilities and not in seeded responsibility. Even though all the personalization is removed from custom responsibility in master item form still the is issue persists. Does anybody have any suggestion or reference?
