User is unable to select and approve write-offs with approval rights

Hi Team,

One of user reported that she is unable to to select and approve write-offs, the select button in that application is greyed out for her. I feel this could be an access related issue, i'm able to identify the role which is assigned to her User ID(using P98OWSEC), i would like to get the standard application in JDE , where i could check whether that particular role has access(or what kind of access) to this application. Please also suggest me all the related application/tables where i could go and trouble shoot this issue? Also please guide me to provide complete
