Siebel IP 2016 Migration install and SQL Anywhere local DB

Hi,


We are planning to upgrade current IP 2013 to IP 2016. As I understand Siebel IP 2016 comes with Oracle XE as a local DB, but if we perform the Siebel IP 2016 installation as a migration install then will it allow us to continue using Anywhere file based local DB? Is there any other way to continue using SQL Anywhere file based local DB in IP 2016?
