CRM On Demand CTI Integration Examples

Hello All,

I am working with CRM On Demand and need to integrate a phone switch for Screen Pops.  I have the CTI Integration Guide and it is very helpful. However, I need to find some examples on calling the CTICreateActivity service. The documentation only refers to SOAP messages and the WSDL. This is fine if I will have to build a desktop application to make the calls and return the resulting ActivityId from the Activity creation. However, I know that I am not the first to have done this so I am sure that there is existing application/dll and code that
