Mass Issue - With Negative on-hand quantity Item

Hello Group,

I have a bunch of items with negative on-hand quantities, and I want to reset all of them to zero using Mass Issue.

However, I am stuck at the Allocation (Allocate) in the Mass Issue. It is grayed out. Am I missing a setup?

I was wondering, first, is it possible to perform a Mass Issue with Item having negative on-hand quantities?

If not, do you have another suggestion to propose.
