GUI is not coming up after executing "oakcli deploy " ODA x5-2 with VM version 12.1.2.9

hi Folks,

i'm in the process of deploying new x5-2 ODA with VM image 12.1.2.9.0

i have re-imaged the database servers and deployed the ODA_BASE.

now when i tried to connect to VNC and execute  the "oakcli deploy "  message comes  "no X11 display variable was set, but this program performed a require it " but now issue is that GUI is not coming up

i also tried "startx" but Vnc session disconnected by displaying error message " vnc not supported'

kindly help to resolve the issue.
