Territory mgt- APIs

Hello Team,

Due to bulk data we have for the territory management specially for the task types creation criteria against the respective territory so can you please advice that do we have any API for the same so that we can add the respective task types against the territory which it should belongs to.

Please refer the below screen shot for the same.

If no APIs exist so is there any other way to dos  this, manually it will take lot of time and labour as we have around 600 task types for various groups or territory.
