After disk replacement on x5-2 Exadata Storage Cell disk still status "no present" and "dropped"
Had a propblem on Exadata X5-2 Storage cell with status "no present'.
No one LEDs for the drive slot 5 be illuminated, look like no power on the disk. But Oracle Support give recommendation to replace the disk in slot 5.
I replaced deffective disk with new one replacement part but after replacement situation still the same. Status "no present" and "dropped".
I try to restart the MS service but it not helped. In the OS level using lsscsi command no disk present in slot 5. No info in dmesg and log files about new device.
With DBA team we restarted the Storage Cell in total but disk still status "no present" and " dropped".
