10.1.3.5 IAS upgrade

Hi,

How can we find if patch is available as part of 10.1.3.5 upgrade. Since it is not showing in opatch lsinventory and http version is showing :

Patch 8626084  & 8920270 is not available in opatch lsinventory.

Output of httpd -version

Server version: Oracle-Application-Server-10g/10.1.3.5.0 Oracle-HTTP-Server

Server built:   Aug  5 2009 23:57:55

Could anyone please suggest , We are planning to apply EBS 12.1.3 OCT CPU patch and as per patch readme 10.1.3.5 is pre-req for CPU patch.
