APP-FND-01564: Oracle error 3114 in audfrm and FRM-40735

Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3:

After forms session timeout when we try to requery the form/ close the form the error message appears instead of prompting / opening relogin session screen. Recently upgraded database from 10g to 12c and migrated from solaris 10 to 11.

Quick help is appreciated.
