Capitalized expense link to asset/contract

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I am looking out for some information about capitalized expense. I wanted to know if it is linked to an asset or contract level.

Also, is there a link between OKL invoice number generated for Funding request (of type Expense) to asset? If yes, please share the table names and link.
