Sending Lease Payments from Assets to Payables

Say - I have a lease payment of $1000 - I want the journal entries to be: $200 to be recorded as Interest Expense (Debit) and $800 to be recorded as Depreciation/Amortization Expense (Debit).  In Assets - if I export this Lease Payment to Oracle Payables - can I send those entries by creating a distribution set for that vendor?
