How to hide applet based on a button click of parent applet in OUI

Hi,

We are converting SI to OUI where we have lost personalization feature after conversion. The personalization was triggering on every event of the view so that we could set ProfileAttr and hide below applets accordingly based on button click and conditions. Now in OPen UI, the personalization is applied only when the view is loaded for the first time but not on any other events.

How to hide/display applets on button click events of parent applet in Open UI ? we are using IP2015 eService.
