BIP desktop 12c - BI Publisher tab missing

Hi

I have ms office 2007 installed in my pc, I have installed BI publisher for desktop 12c 64-bit. The installation was ok but the BI publisher tab is missing in the ms-word, I checked in the add-ins,

I tried to run the enable/disable template builder for the user but not effect. I also run the application setup.exe, tbaddlnsetup and repaired but no use.
