ObjectLevelTransaction is not working as expected with Dynamic Picklist error

Hi,

I am using ObjectLevelTransactions "true" in one of the custom integration. But parent record and other child updates are getting rolled back when one of the child record have dynamic pick list error. Can you please explain me the ObjectLevelTransactions behaviour for parent and child records?
