Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi There

Are there any tools for obsolete customers cleanup?

Are there any reports, programs, APIs or interfaces to help inactivating a bulk of customers?

At the end of every year we are asked to assist with Annual Customer Cleanup - a mass cleanup of obsolete customers.

The process is to
a) List obsolete customers - here we use a set of criteria like:

No Service request has been open for the last XYZ (with this customer as neither ShipTo nor BillTo)
There was no order in Oracle Order Management for the last XYZ months (with this customers as neither ShipTo nor BillTo)
