F42160 gets populated but F42150 doesn't

We are setting up Commissions to ttrack our sales per representative.

I followed the set-up as documented on the Knowledge Garden and the F42160 gets populated but not the F42150.  Whereas I would expect that both files are updated simultanously.

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to solve this issue.
