PRC Create Accounting Error 95353 for SUPP_COST_DIST_ADJ

I would like to please get some direction on how to diagnose the following XLA Issue:

Issue:

Create Accounting give the following error:

95353 Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Cost Adjustment Account

Rule owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the

source values passed for the transaction.

The XLA_AE_LINES.code_cominnation_id is -1 instead of a valid CCID which is enabled in GL

The SLA setup is as follows:

Event Class = Supplier Cost Adjustment

Line Assignment = Raw Cost Adjustment
