How to set default time in PM Schedules

Hi. When setting up PM schedules for Day Interval rules, we only enter the Effective Date and the interval in days. When we do forecasting, it suggests work orders. The dates are correct based on the setup but time is defaulted to 00:00:00. How do we default this to start at some other time? Say all work orders for this PM schedule must start at 8:00AM.
